Processing & dispatch
Orders are packed and dispatched once payment is confirmed. Weekday orders placed before our daily cutoff typically ship the same day; orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day. You receive a tracking number the moment your order leaves us.
Shipping rates
- Free shipping on orders over $150. Stock up and we cover the postage.
- Orders under $150 pay a flat shipping rate, shown clearly at checkout before you pay.
- We ship Canada-wide by tracked mail. All packages are sent in plain, smell-proof, vacuum-sealed packaging — nothing on the outside hints at what’s inside.
Delivery estimates
Most orders arrive within roughly 2–5 business days, depending on your province and how far you are from a major hub. Remote and northern addresses can take longer. Delivery windows are estimates from the carrier, not guarantees — weather, holidays, and carrier backlogs can add time.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. Keep your tracking number handy, and reach out if it hasn’t moved in a few business days and we’ll chase it down with you.
Where we ship
We ship to addresses across Canada. If we’re temporarily unable to deliver to your region, you’ll be notified at checkout before paying.
Lost, stolen & undeliverable packages
Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, responsibility passes to you — please ship to a secure address. If tracking shows a problem in transit, contact us with your order number and we’ll help open a trace. Packages returned to us as undeliverable (e.g. wrong address) can be reshipped at additional cost.
