Terms of Service

The rules of the road for using Dank Weed. Plain-ish English, because nobody reads the other kind.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Dank Weed website and your purchase of products from us (“Dank Weed,” “we,” “us”). By browsing the site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

1. Eligibility & age

You must be of legal age to purchase and consume cannabis in your province or territory (19+ in most of Canada, 18+ in Alberta, 21+ in Québec) and be a resident of Canada. By ordering, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the products are for personal, lawful, adult use. We may request age verification and may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

2. Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current. Notify us right away if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Orders & pricing

  • All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and may change without notice. Promotions and discounts can be modified or withdrawn at any time.
  • An order is an offer to buy. We confirm acceptance when we dispatch the products. We may decline or limit orders — including for pricing errors, suspected fraud, stock issues, or restricted regions.
  • We work to keep product descriptions, potency figures, and imagery accurate, but we don’t warrant that everything is error-free.

4. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout (such as Interac e-Transfer and cryptocurrency). Orders are processed once payment is received and confirmed. For time-sensitive methods, prices or crypto rates may be locked for a limited window; orders not paid in time may be cancelled.

5. Shipping & risk of loss

Shipping timelines, costs, and restricted regions are described in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We’re not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses you provide.

6. Cancellations, returns & refunds

For health, safety, and legal reasons, cannabis products generally can’t be returned once shipped. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or doesn’t match what you bought, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos, and we’ll make it right. Refunds, where issued, go back to the original payment method or as store credit / Dank Bucks.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Resell our products or buy on behalf of anyone underage.
  • Use the site unlawfully, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it, or circumvent security or age controls.
  • Submit false information or fraudulent payments, or infringe our or others’ rights.

8. Intellectual property

The site, our branding, copy, and design are owned by Dank Weed or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse them without our written permission.

9. Disclaimers

The site and products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Cannabis affects everyone differently; nothing on this site is medical advice. Consult a healthcare professional before use, don’t drive or operate machinery while impaired, and keep products away from children and pets.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dank Weed is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Dank Weed harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the site or products or your breach of these Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province in which Dank Weed operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes take effect when posted, with the “Last updated” date revised. Continued use means you accept the changes.
